How long does postage take?
Orders are posted Royal Mail 2nd class. I try to keep postage and product costs down as much as possible to make shopping with a small business as affordable as possible.
If you would prefer tracked postage, this is available upon request at a small extra cost, please send an email or message me directly on my Instagram MoonandMade for more details.
I do a weekly post office trip on Mondays but please do let me know if you require something urgently and I will do my best to get it to you as soon as possible!
Thank you for making a purchase with Moon and Made. I want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your items and I am happy to help if you have any problems or questions either prior or after placing your order.
If you change your mind you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days, providing that the item is in the same condition as you received it.
Please note, you are responsible for the payment of the return postage. Please contact me via email if you have any further questions about the returns policy, thank you!
Where do you get your inspiration from?
Everywhere! From my son Elijah’s toys and building blocks, to abstract paintings and walks outdoors – sometimes it’s just as I’m driving or as I’m falling asleep something will pop into my head and I have to jot it down asap so I don’t forget it!
How long does it take to make jewellery?
This can really depend on what material I am making it with and how detailed the piece is. I am sure I takes me longer than some as well as I am limited for the most part to working in the evenings so have to make them in stages! From prep to final display though it can sometimes take me up to a week!
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes I do! If you would like to discuss the possibilities of a custom made item, just send me a message and I would be happy to discuss!
What materials do you use to make the jewellery?
I use Premo Sculpey Polymer Clay and Art Resin. These materials are a little more expensive than previous brands I have worked with but I personally find them the best to work with and I love using a resin which is non toxic and has no VOCS or fumes, yay! The metals I work with are gold and silver plated.
